  • Our Introduction to Postnatal Pilates Course is the perfect reintroduction back into your Pilates after your baby is born.

You can join the course as soon as you feel ready after having your baby, as long as you have not been advised against exercise by your healthcare professional.

Upon booking you will be sent a welcome email that includes some important activities to complete, such as completing the postnatal health form and accessing the Postnatal Client Zone to watch your introductory video that starts your course.

The first session of the course is a group Zoom call, during which we will discuss some important considerations, learn some basic restorative techniques and have an opportunity to identify any particular needs or goals of the group that we will focus on in class.

The remaining 6 sessions are face to face classes that take place in the studio. We will work primarily on the mat, with the potential to explore some elements of the apparatus in latter sessions. The class will progress you through the foundations of postnatal restorative work towards building increased strength and confidence.

Following completion of the introductory course you are able to move into our regular classes at the studio, including specially designated Mum & Baby friendly mat & apparatus classe that allow you to bring your little one with you if you need to.

Head to the booking system online or on the app and choose “Introduction to Postnatal Pilates Course” from the menu to view upcoming dates and book.
