Consistency is key to seeing results, and our timetable has been designed to help you fit Pilates into your life your way. You can book the class times and types that best suit your schedule on any given week - there is no need to always choose the same class type and time each week, unless you prefer to. Choose the sessions that best suit your schedule and preference.

Not sure which class level is right for you? Check out our class level descriptions, and if you are unsure please do get in touch. The pace of class tends to increase through each level so if you prefer a gentler paced class we recommend the Foundations or Foundations Plus classes - we will still challenge your body to work hard whatever class you attend!
