Your package includes 2× 1:1 sessions in our apparatus studio where your teacher will guide you through the basics of the Classical Pilates method on the Reformer; observing how your body moves and what it needs. You will also get to work on other apparatus within the studio such as the Tower, Wunda Chair or barrels, to help you connect deeper in your body where you need it most.

Your package also includes a 4 class pass for our group apparatus classes to help you continue with your practice, PLUS we include a free Pilates mat class pass so that you can try out our Classical Pilates mat classes too!

A minimum of 2× induction 1:1s is required to join our group apparatus classes. This package offers a significant saving vs purchasing your induction 1:1s and group class pass separately, and is a great way to get you started in the studio.

You can join our group mat classes without an induction, however we know some people prefer a 1:1 to get them started - particularly if you have any injuries, medical conditions or are feeling a little nervous about stepping into a new class for the first time. That is why we created an optional mat only induction package for those wanting to join group mat classes with us.

Your package includes a 45 minute 1:1 Classical Matwork session with us, during which we will take you through the foundation exercises of the Classical Pilates mat work; helping you understand each exercise and identify any modifications that can make the exercise work for you and your body.

Your package also includes your first 6 class pass for our group Pilates mat classes. This pass is valid for any 6 Pilates mat classes with us, within 3 months from purchase.
