GETTING STARTED WITH GROUP MAT CLASSES

If you are joining us for mat classes only there are no induction requirements. You can simply book a class and come along. We’ll send you a welcome email before your class that includes a link to our online health form, and if there is anything of note we will have a chat with you just before your first class.

If you would prefer to have a 1:1 mat session with us first this can be arranged. We even have a special mat-only induction package for new mat class clients who would like a 1:1 session to get started.

  • Our Mat-Only Induction Package includes:

    • 1× 1:1 Induction mat session (45 mins)

    • A 6 class pass for Group Mat classes

    The Mat-Only Induction Package costs £95, offering a significant saving compared with buying these items separately. You can even choose to pay in 2 instalments at checkout if preferred

  • Mat Classes (no induction): Click here or use the Book a Mat Class button below to be taken to our live bookings calendar. Simply select the class you would like to come to and follow the on screen instructions to book. Once we have received your first booking we will send out a welcome email with a link to our online health form and other helpful information about your class.
