How it Works

ELECTRONIC GIFT CARDS

Our electronic gift cards are sent to the recipient via email. You can schedule the date you would like the gift card to be sent, and it will be instantly redeemable via our class booking system. All gift cards can be redeemed against any purchase in our booking system, including class passes, packages, courses and shop products.

Step 1: Select a gift card by clicking the gift card value you would like to purchase from menu below

Step 2: Create or log into your account: You will be asked to log into your BSport account (our booking system). If you do not have an account you will be asked to register. If you would prefer to purchase a gift card without registering an account in our booking system please see the instructions for “manual gift vouchers” below.

Step 3: Follow the on screen instructions to complete your gift card, including the recipient name, email address, personal message and when you would like the gift card to be sent.

Recipient: Upon receipt of your gift card you will need to activate it on the booking system. Follow the instructions in your email to activate your gift card. You will need to log in to BSport or create an account if you do not already have one. You will then be able to redeem your gift card when making a booking / purchase with us.

MANUAL GIFT VOUCHERS

If you would prefer a gift voucher that you can print out and give to the recipient in person, or would prefer not to register in our system to purchase a gift voucher, you can request a manual gift voucher. Simply email gina@bepoisedpilates.co.uk detailing the value of the gift certificate (can be a specific monetary value or for a specific activity such as a class pass or 1:1 session/s). Gina will create your voucher for you and send it to you via email so that you can print it at home.

Recipient: Upon receipt of your gift voucher follow the instructions on the reverse and we will get you booked in!
